Planning, Recruitment, Selection, Retention & Personnel: · Manpower planning · Matters pertaining to recruitment, selection, retention & termination of service of employees. · Assist in preparation of budget estimates in r/o personnel & administration. · Increment, Promotion, Re-designation, Exit interview etc. 2.
