Quality Asst. Manager job description



Duties & Responsibilities: 

 

• To assist in implementation of the NABH Standards leading towards Quality Assurance.
• To assist in defining and implementing the structure and functioning of the quality assurance program. 
• To assist in developing the processes of departments towards the optimal functioning of every department across the hospital.
• To assist in documentation of the departmental policies and procedures.
• To assist in keeping a record of all the documentation of the hospital, in relation to accreditation.
• To assist in issuing various documents to departments from time to time.
• To assist in ensuring that all the Committee meetings are held in time.
• To assist in maintaining the minutes of the Committee meetings and prepare the action taken reports.
• To assist in ensuring that all the Committees are working towards the objectives of the respective committee and are aligned to the overall objective of the organization.
• To assist in development and implementation of Quality Indicators.
• To assist in analyzing the indicators regularly and identify the areas of improvement.
• To assist in defining, developing and carry audits for continuous quality improvement.
• To assist in actively audit and generate reports regarding the issues of poor quality.
• To assist in designing the methodology of effective training for departmental and hospital wide policies
• To assist in regularly receive feedbacks from departments regarding status of their work related to accreditation preparation.
