DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF LABORATORY TECHNICIAN The following will be the duties and responsibilities of a Laboratory Technician: 1. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES a. Ensure all Laboratory personnel follows the established customer interaction protocols with patients. b. Ensure that patients receive the laboratory tests on time. c.
