DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF FRONT OFFICE IN CHARGE The following will be the duties and responsibilities of Front Office in charge: 1. Assigning duties to the front office staff, responsible for making the duty rosters; sanction of leaves; appraisal etc. 2. Achieving the highest standards of customer / patient care. 3. Managing internal customer/external customer relations. 4. Development and continuous revision of guidelines for reception, registration, admission, billing, report delivery and other activities. 5. Monitoring and redesigning of systems when required. 6. Behavioural development of front office staff. 7. Co-ordination with different departments for smooth patient flow. 8.
