Human Resource (HR) job description


 

Duties & Responsibilities:

1.   Planning, Recruitment, Selection, Retention & Personnel:

·     Manpower planning

·     Matters pertaining to recruitment, selection, retention & termination of service of employees.

·     Assist in preparation of budget estimates in r/o personnel & administration.

·     Increment, Promotion, Re-designation, Exit interview etc.

 

2.   Training & Development:

  • Induction & Orientation Training
  • Coordinating training for various categories of personnel of the Hospital with Training & Development wing/ HOD’s.
  • Coordination for Management Trainee program, Summer Training etc.

 

3.   Supervision of following:

  • Time office Management: Matters in r/o attendance/records, timekeeping, leave record, absenteeism.
  • Payroll & compensation Management: Wages and employee benefits fixation and allied matters.
  • Performance Management. 

 

    4.    Staff Welfare, Discipline & Grievance handling:

  • All matters pertaining to Staff discipline, misconduct etc.
  • Assisting the management in formulating policies and promoting management & staff relations.
  • Matters pertaining to Staff welfare and amenities.
  • Handling expeditiously employee grievance cases and assisting in reconciliation.
  • Managing Employee Engagement Events.

 

    5.   Statutory Compliances:

         Compliance with all the applicable rules & regulations of the State

 

    6.   Administration:

  • Maintain an effective system of general office administration records and reports.
  • Looking after Administration & handling disciplinary issues.

1.      Others to carry out any other activity, which comes within the scope of your work and may be desired by the management.
