Quality Manager Job description in hospital


 Duties & Responsibilities: 

 

• Implementation of the NABH Standards leading towards Quality Assurance.
• Define and implement the structure and functioning of the quality assurance program.
• To develop the processes of departments towards the optimal functioning of every department across the hospital.
• Documentation of the departmental policies and procedures.
• To keep a record of all the documentation of the hospital, in relation to accreditation.
• To issue various documents to departments from time to time.
• Ensure that all the Committee meetings are held in time.
• To maintain the minutes of the Committee meetings and prepare the action taken reports.
• Ensure that all the Committees are working towards the objectives of the respective committee and are aligned to the overall objective of the organization.
• Development and implementation of Quality Indicators.
• Analyze the indicators regularly and identify the areas of improvement.
• Define, develop and carry audits for continuous quality improvement.
• Actively audit and generate reports regarding the issues of poor quality.
• Design the methodology of effective training for departmental and hospital wide policies
• To regularly receive feedbacks from departments regarding status of their work related to accreditation preparation.
