 Duties & Responsibilities: 

 

• HIS-Database Maintenance (Backup, Replication, Tuning, Maintenance).
• HIS- Administration of Modules & Masters Maintenance.
• HIS- Training of user on Module.
• Framing guidelines for requirements and Purchase of new hardware and monitoring the purchase (i.e. Vendor analysis).
• Troubleshooting and rectifying Users Problem in HIS.
• HIS-Investigation of HIS architecture, dealing with module interaction issues.
• Major Backend Operations.
• User Support on Various Applications.
• Planning of effective utilization of resources to reduce downtime.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Operating System & General System.
• System Installation and Domain registering.
• Taking care of Laptop and projector.
• Giving support for CME and other Hospital Program’s.
• Assistance in developing processes in line with HIS for purchase of New HIS.
• Monitoring Departmental Compliance status on HIS.
• Troubleshooting and providing Network Support.
• Manual scanning of System for Virus.
• Framing of Departmental SOP.
• Reporting Daily to Medical Superintendent.
• Implementation of new ideas (tested) for improvement.
