Duties & Responsibilities: 

 

• Lighting/Electrical Equipment Status (8.00 am to 9.00 am/ /6.30 pm to 7.30 pm)
• Checking of equipment (9.00 am to 10.00 am/ 2.30 pm to 3.30 pm/8.30 pm to 9.30 pm/ 12.00am to 2.00am)
• Checking of the electrical shaft (10.00 am to 11.00 am/5.30pm to 6.30pm /10.30pm to 11.30pm/ 2.00am to 4.00am)
• Cross-checking log books and checklists (Air Conditioning Electrical, Plumbing, Hot Water, D.G Set, etc.).
• Taking hospital rounds and meeting various heads of department and noting down their problems.
• Operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of L.T. and HT Setup (Which Include Stepdown Transformer, VCB, ACB, Capacitor Panel, etc).
• Troubleshooting and maintenance of hot water boiler.
• Supervising fire fighting system and Plumbing.
• Operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of D.G Set.
• Operation and troubleshooting knowledge of building management systems.
• Handling corresponding with external Agencies
• Routine and preventive maintenance of electrical substation and electrical equipment and maintaining the spare part.
• Preparation of various reports like weekly/monthly & yearly electrical, recommended spare parts, and maintenance budget.
